My story

My name is Marta Guilabert, I am a 33year old woman from Spain, looking for a new challenge.

My fortes lie within the personal contact with people, my knowledge of 5 different languages, a natural urge to organize, plan and manage and quickness while executing different task’s at once – still staying on top of things. I have 12 years professional experience as an office manager in banking, non-profit organizations and hospitality. Advanced knowledge of languages, native Spanish, bilingual in English and German, advanced proficiency in Italian and basic knowledge of French in understanding. Last improvement has been learning the basic salutation words in Chinese, Japanese and Russian.

I obtained a Protocol and Diplomacy certificate from the International School of Protocol and Diplomacy in Brussels, Belgium in 2011. We had admirable teachers like the protocol chief of the White House for Bush or the ambassador of the Congo. We got the opportunity to meet the chief of protocol of the European Parliament who gave us an extensive and detailed visit through the entire European Parliament.

I believe aiming high in life is most important for a person to evolve and grow both intellectual and interpersonal.

My last success in Dubai was to be part of the Alkatraz Production Team in Studio City Dubai. I started as a Casting Coordinator in the Studio getting promoted to Production Coordinator handling the Management department and in charge of Social Media and Marketing.

I love to help, therefore I have been doing fundraising and running marketing campaigns this year for a non profit organization in Spain involved in discovering how technology and multi-media can make social and emotional intelligence skill development fun and engaging for kids of all ages!

Today I am in the Advisory Group of Fundacion Sanders!

Since May 2015 I have been based in Madrid capital of Spain working as an Entrepreneur helping start ups to find investors, connecting people, Networking, doing Market Research, Developing Marketing Strategies, working on new app ideas to design a new social media social network, and working on different projects on a global scale to help companies find the best talent for their venture and succeed working for their cause.

In June 2016 I was contracted by Warriors Group Inc. by Cornelius Thomas an American citizen working for the military claiming to be the CEO and to have received a 2 million $ grant to help homeless veterans find accommodation and jobs to start a new life in America. I was very happy to accept the offer and started to work as the COO and Head of Marketing for the company in June. Part of my job was to recruit an international Marketing Team who got confirmed for immediate relocation to the US on a sponsorship visa and work for Warriors Group Inc.in Southlake Dallas Texas USA. After 4 months full time work, with no weekends, no day off, no holidays and no sick days, recruiting a full team, creating marketing strategies, doing research for homeless veterans, working on a sales plan, creating an action plan, developing a business development strategy and studying all the requirements for the VA homeless veterans programs in the USA; after signing a contract, a partnership agreement, singing a document from the VA releasing 8000$ funds from the 2 million $ grant for the relocation costs, 24hours before my departure I got a notification that me and my team have been fired. We have been victims of fraud and given my current situation I am looking for a real job opportunity to start working immediately.

I hope this letter gives a better idea about my background and what I went through and hopefully I will be hearing from you soon.

Best Regards and kind wishes.

Marketing process before the launch of the crowdfunding campaign

Marketing process before the launch of the crowdfunding campaign:
*The rules of interaction have changed!
In today's world social media and crowdfunding go together!
To succeed on the Internet today, you have to create content that ignites and engages an audience.
Best procedure:
- Having up-to-date profiles on the three major social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Building followers
- Adding quality contacts on social media must start weeks, if not months, before the campaign launches
- Your ability to get noticed on social media sites. It’s highly important that you leverage the power of social media to your advantage
Do two things:
- create a list of “core” supporters who will contribute funds and spread the word about the project
- they write the majority of the social media posts they will use throughout the campaign and create a posting schedule for themselves and for their core supporters

1. Study your target audience
It’s important that you analyze the target audience you wish to approach to fund your campaign. (building awareness for your campaign)
* What are their preferences?
* Which social media sites do they visit?

2. Use social media as a testing ground:
- If your product is poorly received by followers, then it may not succeed as part of a crowdfunding campaign
- Gain insights from potential backers

3. Don’t just rely on your private network of friends
- Gain attention for your campaign creating exclusive pages describing your product. Share the link on multiple pages and target as many people as you can

4. Launch your social media campaign months in advance
- Don’t wait till you launch your campaign on Indiegogo or Kickstarter to begin your marketing activities. It may be too late by then

5. Don’t wait for people to approach you
- You will have to aggressively pursue your audience through interactive posts
- Remember this – an inactive page will serve as a nail in the coffin for your crowdfunding campaign!

6. Create a hashtag for your campaign
- A hashtag will help spread your message
- Create an attractive hashtag for your upcoming campaign
- Use it extensively on your social media profiles. This will help spread word about your campaign

7. Don’t worry about quantity – focus on quality
- Your main focus should be on the quality of posts you create on these pages, not the number of followers you gain
- Create visually appealing posts with engaging content – this will attract the attention of many people. They will be interested to know what you have in store for them
- Have a genuine content developer create attractive copy for your social media pages

8. Observe other popular social media campaigns
- So what kind of posts should you make? Check out other popular pages to get a fair idea of the kind of posts followers like to read
- Your posts should be informative – don’t just focus on your products or cause. Followers will get a feeling you are self-centered

9. Arrive at the perfect Content Mix
- You will have to have the perfect mix of marketing and informative posts
- The nature of posts you create should inspire readers to do as you wish. Highlighting a call to action frequently is advisable

10. Be confident about your approach
- It takes a lot of confidence to excel on social media. Be confident about using social media as a positive tool to gain quality backers for your campaign.

11. Launch your crowdfunding campaign only after you generate positive buzz on social media sites
- There is no point launching your campaign without gaining the support and attention of your target audience
- Wait till you gain quality attention from social media followers till you launch your campaign. This is a wise step that will ensure your campaign doesn’t meet with failure

12. Don’t stress on how much you expect backers to pledge
- The main focus should be to highlight your products. Highlight your offering in great detail. Give potential backers a detailed overview of what they can expect
- Don’t stress on pledge levels – they can wait till the actual crowdfunding campaign

13. Approach journalists to talk about your social media campaign
- Journalists are always on the lookout for interesting tidbits they can share. Why not approach them to highlight your page on Facebook or Twitter? If they like your idea, they will definitely share it among their followers – and journalists usually have huge fan following!

14. Run ads for more outreach
- Sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn allow you to run paid ads. You must consider these ads if you are not satisfied with the publicity gained through organic visits

15. Don’t dump social media followers after your crowdfunding campaign is over!
- It’s important that you keep your followers in good spirits even after the crowdfunding campaign is over.
- If your crowdfunding campaign was a success, then you should stay in touch with them through attractive posts highlighting the progress made in actual production. Let them know about the final product and when it will be delivered to their doorstep. It gives the impression that you really care about them.

Once the campaign is underway, a crowdfunder needs to spend time on the tasks that could not be done in advance, such as reaching out to media, interacting with donors and fulfilling rewards.
If your crowdfunding campaign was a failure, then thank your followers for their support and move on!

Emotional Intelligence Is The ‘Real Deal’ For Facebook Marketers

Why Emotional Intelligence Is The ‘Real Deal’ For Facebook Marketers:
a) Emotional intelligence is the secret ingredient you need to possess in order to boost audience happiness. You’ve also got to consider that it is not about what you have to offer, but about delivering an experience that maps to the emotions of your audience.
b) Emotional intelligence has the following components:
* Self-regulation: The ability to control your emotions and responses
* Self-awareness: Having a good understanding of your emotions
* Motivation: The willingness to overcome emotional challenges and make wise decisions
* Empathy: The ability to understand emotions of others
* Social skills: The ability to interact well with your audience

How to utilize emotional intelligence in Facebook marketing?
1. Listen to your audience
When listening to your audience, you should:
* Gather information on behaviors and trends
* Gather efficient feedback through surveys, questionnaires, and other methods (phone calls maybe)
* Discover reasons why audiences don’t or do business with you
- Analyzing all information will allow you to respond intelligently to audiences in real-time. You can also use tools like Topsy and AgoraPulse to understand better what your target audience is thinking and talking about.
- Then you can use your emotional intelligence to scrutinize why they’re behaving in a certain way.
2. Leverage empathy
To be emphatic, ask what your core offer will do for the prospect’s emotional self and identity. Also, you need to create an experience that helps consumers take charge and make them feel they are not at the mercy of a brand campaign and marketing messages. Empathy will reach your audience at a deeper level and help you improve the company’s ROI.
Acknowledge how customers feel instead of broadcasting messages or responding negatively to harsh comments. It’s essential to be sensitive to their experiences and feelings in real-time to establish an emphatic connection.
3. Offer help
You can answer questions including:
* Account-related or direct technical
* Complaints
* Queries regarding defects, outages, etc.
* Product and service requests
* General references to your offerings
The key is to become a resource for your audience beyond the product/service you’re offering. While ‘social media care’ is not a new concept, it takes emotional intelligence to implement it properly.
4. Feed the emotional side
You should know what your audience cares about already, and know what they relate to. Feed information that allows them to resonate their identities with your offering. Maintain credibility by citing sources and offering evidence.
Final thoughts
The sooner you realize the importance of emotional intelligence in social media and why it will impact the future of marketing, the better will be your chances to improve your campaign ROI.
By leveraging the semantic understanding and management of your own emotions and the emotions of those you’re targeting, you can improve overall engagement with audiences as well as your brand reputation.

An audience member asked Zuckerberg what Facebook would look like in 10 years, to which he answered by speaking about three key trends he seeks happening in social media:
* Zuckerberg predicts that there will be a lot more people on the Internet in 10 years, which is not necessarily a bold prediction.
* He predicts that SMS and photo messaging will largely replace other forms of web communication.
* Finally, Zuckerberg predicts augmented reality, i.e. distraction-free, heads-up communication, will be the future of computing.
Zuckerberg expanded on his prediction about web communication by saying:
“The diversity of the ways in which people want to share, the moments that people want to communicate, and the tools that people need to stay connected are going to keep growing,”
Keeping up with growing number of ways in which people communicate is going to be a source of competition for Facebook, the CEO adds.
The most bold of all of his predictions is the one about augmented reality, which he expands on by saying:
“I think it’s pretty easy to imagine that in the future we will have something that we can either wear — and it’ll look like normal glasses (so it won’t look weird like some of the stuff that exists today). And you’ll just be able to have context with what’s going on around you in the world and communicate with people and not have to disrupt your conversations by looking down.”

The Profile of an Influencer

So what do these compelling people look like? Social media influencers come in all shapes and sizes, but they share these four characteristics:
1. Credibility
A social media influencer must be trustworthy in order to have an effect. Health policy experts or veteran journalists, for example, may offer expertise in their field that gives their opinion weight. Reputation is important. An influencer should be known as someone who is thoughtful and accomplished.
2. Reach
The posts, tweets, and updates of a social media influencer should be seen by as large an audience as possible. This is where having bundles of Twitter followers, Facebook fans, and blog subscribers becomes key.
3. Quality contacts
A large audience isn’t enough in itself, however. Social media influencers should be able to prompt discussion and interaction within their networks – retweets, shares, and replies. Social media influencers’ contacts are quick to engage the content they share.
4. Relevance
The influencer that is right for you should be relevant to your field. A food critic might be credible, have reach, and quality contacts – but probably wouldn’t be the right representative to endorse your campaign on prison reform. They could, however, be great to engage about bringing a nutritious food program to schools.

Types of Influencers
1. The Social Butterflies
These influencers know everyone, and everyone knows them. Their contact lists are off the charts and they have a presence on most platforms or networks. Their strength is connecting people.
2. The Thought Leaders
They are the expert bloggers, the conference speakers, the academics. Credibility is their strong point – they lead and influence opinions about key issues. Their endorsements are reliable.
3. The Trendsetters
The first to try everything, these influencers are quick to discover and share the latest technologies and innovations. They have a knack for popularizing new initiatives.
4. The Reporters
Disseminating information is their forte; they have the connections with (or are themselves) the industry’s top journalists or bloggers. They know how to take a great idea and get it maximum coverage.
5. The Everyday Customers
Their sphere of influence is usually much smaller – friends and family – but their voice is still important because their testimony comes from experience. At your nonprofit, this person could either be a successful client or someone who ran a marathon to fundraise for your cause.
Determine which kind of influencer is right for your cause and keep that in mind while you’re doing your search.

Do something remarkable!

During the years, I have been using social media to help people to achieve their goals. By interacting and mentoring with others I got to learn that the virtual social media world is the only reality a lot of lonely people have. Internet definitely opened my eyes into a Matrix!

What I actually do: I study Technology, Social Media Behaviours, Social Minds, Social Emotional Intelligence, Marketing Strategies, Sales Operations, Social Interactions, Network Marketing, Customer Experiences and how to connect minds.

A year ago I came up with an idea of a new concept - LimitlessNetworking: defn. building high potential, interactive communities through the connection of ideas generated by anyone, anywhere, at anytime.

My dream is to connect people at the Right Time, the Right Place and with the Right People.

My Vision is the ability to connect people, that's the true art and science of Social Media Networking!

How to use Social Media effectively

How to use social media effectively?
1. Find Interested People (Interests: Who you should Target on FB? How do you find them? Think of who are your competitors. Choose your 3 biggest Competitors!)
2. Deliver Quality Content - Not Quantity Content (Create a Routine to Create Content for the next 7 days)
3. Pick the Right Style; a Trend
4. Capture Information
5. Don´t Spam = Don´t Oversell
6. Be Consistent = Publish every single day of the year
7. Stay in Touch
8. More Listening / Less Talking = to be able to create content that add value to your audience´s lives
9. Focus on one social media strategy
10. Work on Quality Contacts instead on Quantity of Connections
11. Patience - commit on the long term to achieve results
12. Law of Compounding; create thousands of ways for people to find you
13. Spend time finding the right Influencers in your market, connect and work to build relationships with them; (if you do it well, then they might share your content with their followers)
14. Create Value focusing less on promoting and more on developing relationships with people
15. Acknowledgement t= Don’t Ignore people online
16. Accessibility = Don´t Publish and Disappear / Be Available and Participate in conversations
17. Reciprocity: Don´t expect people to share your content if you don´t share theirs (portion of your time spent on social media should be focused on content published by others)

You don´t make money on social media; you market on social media to gain people´s trust!

Recommended platforms to start doing business:
1. Facebook (Share 4 times a day on different times) (Use Keywords: Example “top 100 fashion blogs) (Schedule your content with Hootsuite for example)

3. Twitter (Use Hashtags)

Other recommended channels:

2. Ezine@rticles
3. Setup HubPages or make a blog on Blogger

What does all this do?
1. Be credible
2. Increase Referrals
3. Build New Relationships
4. Demands Higher Prices
5. Gives You Outstanding Visibility
6. Creases Familiarity
7. Builds Trust
8. You can offer your Products or Services

11. Follow your Intuition (Steve Jobs)

"Who the hell is Cuca?"

Why me?

The first question is:
"Who the hell is Cuca?"

Let me introduce myself. My name is Marta Guilabert, or Cuca as my mom used to call me, which means cute in Spanish language. I am a young woman smart enough to understand that this world needs a big change and courageous to practice what I preach in real life and online. That's how I became a brand. Let me tell you one thing you might not know about me: I might make mistakes, but be sure that what I do and say in real life is actually reflected in what I do and say in all social media platforms.

How do I differentiate myself from other networkers?, is the one second question I will need to be able to answer with a "knock-out". Well, I have been blessed with a genuine personality, funny, sarcastic, truthful; one of a kind. I believe that my crazy thoughts lead to the impossible and reach the unexpected. That makes me not only unique but also brave to achieve something big.

At this point of my professional career I admit that I am not perfect at all, but my mistakes are the ones which make stronger as an independent business woman. Therefore I don't think that I have to convince people subscribe to my platform; if they don't like me they won't. Know that I truly believe in free will!

The truth is that I have become a big influencer in the social media world, due to my instinct to differentiate right from wrong. The views of my posts, the number of comments, the likes, the number of people sharing my content, the amount of incoming emails, the daily number of incoming whatsapps, the numbers of calls and Skype conferences inquiries have increased.

On the other hand the number of clients such as recruiters, companies, human resources have been slowly contacting me willing to pay money just have advertise their job offers advertised with the only goal of finding the right talents requested by their clients. This is called profiling my friends, knowing where to look for the right people at the right moment at the right time! Profiling is key if you are a social media customer! You got to know where you can find what you are looking for, and you got to have a good eye to differentiate a real profile from a fake account.

There are two key purposes on this!

A) The first one is to centralise all job posts in groups and already existing social media like Facebook, in which I created Red Carpet Exclusive and Career Zone pages to help job seekers find the right information for their search. A group was meant to exist to help candidates interact in a place where all discussions are about worldwide daily vacancies, and therefore I also created a group on Facebook called Universal Recruiting.

B) Currently I am considering the option to make people's life easier, and therefore I created an account on Mailchimp called LimitlessNetworking; a simple way for me to reach people already inside my network. An easy way to create contact lists, to send out nice campaigns, to track data at all times and to invite people to subscribe to Mailchimp and to my upcoming website www.universalposts.net launching in September 2016.

Be informed that a complete Data Base from the beginning is mandatory if you want to be successful as a Social Media Networker. If you belong to global the Network Marketing Industry you got to know your followers, all your friends, connections and contacts, even your haters; your audience in general. In my company UniversalPosts, Profiling updates will be running at all times! We want to find the right audience, in the right place, at the right time for people's cause!

Thank you.
Best Wishes from Spain,
Marta Guilabert

Instructions for my Networking Team!

How to use social media to promote a social crowdfunding campaign; the smart way to use an available resource and welcome each new supporter into the fold:

Indiegogo said, “If you’re asking for money, you’re doing it wrong.” This couldn’t be more true. No one likes the guy who says, “Come on! Give $10 to my campaign.” Instead, try these:
* “Help me spread the word: LINK HERE”
* “Know anyone who might like this? LINK HERE”
* Who can help me find the next backer? LINK HERE”
You get people on your side without putting your hand in their pockets and, in the course of it, they become invested in your success. A handful of re-tweets (or spreading the word about your project at their office) is way more useful than one $10 donation.

Starting your crowdfunding successfully:
- The day you launch your crowdfunding campaign is not the day you should start considering whether or not to use Twitter or Facebook. Or Instagram. Or Tumblr. You need a way to spread the word!
- Advantage: if you have a tremendously large email list of fans or potential donors, or have built up fans on another social platform, then you will have more chances to raise money
- Be connected with your intended audience prior to the campaign
- you have to move past your personal Facebook page for crowdfunding success
- You should also have a Facebook fan page for either your project or a larger entity under which your project will fall
-Promote your project on your personal Facebook page
- Create an active and interactive campaign that draws in long-time
- Pick the right platforms for you according to:
* where your audience is
* what you can reasonably handle in your daily life
- All crowdfunding platforms create a hub for your campaign, but no, it’s not their job to drive traffic to your hub. That’s your job!
- Make sure you’re on Instagram
- If your project is attractive to foodies, find people who love pictures of food on Pinterest
- The key to effective social media is hooking people quickly
- Tweets need to be short, awesome punches that people cannot resist clicking on and re-tweeting
- On Facebook, you can write longer messages, but don’t go into multiple paragraphs; you’ll have plenty of copy to dive into on your campaign home page
- Never underestimate the power of a good picture on Facebook
- Understand what your audience wants, then give it to them
- There is no guaranteed way to get millions of people to see your crowdfunding pitch video, so focus on what you can control: giving your crowd consistent (and consistently engaging) messages that remind them that you’re still working hard and that they are still a part of the team
- Create a great incentive for her adoring fans to get their friends to contribute so they could see the next picture. This was a fun (and free) way to make the backers happy while also getting them to do some recruiting. Win-win!
- Use tools like Twuffer, Hootsuite, or TweetDeck to schedule tweets ahead of time. Hootsuite can do Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+, too

After the crowdfunding:
Once you’ve met your crowdfunding goal (and even if you didn’t), show respect to those who tried to help your dreams come true. These people are now a part of your project, so keep them up-to-date. Invite them to share milestones with you. Let them know when you send out perks. Let them know when your project gets reviewed. Send them an update; notify them!

*The crowdfunding link will be ready next Friday! 😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Please make sure you study this information before we launch the campaign!!! I want you on a 100% productivity from Friday 10th and on for the whole month of June! Our target is to achive 50.000€ in 4weeks! Our goal is to eradicate bullying in schools on a global scale.

First of all I would like to thank all the people who applied for the Network Marketing Volunteering Position with Fundacion Sanders. We have the video ready to upload in the crowdfunding platform to reach our goal 50.000€ in donations during the month of June.

On the 10th of June, our crowdfunding campaign is officially out on Indiegogo!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I will send you the link and a short text, that you will have to translate into the languages you speak, and then publish in forums and specially in the social media networks that you use on a daily basis. We need to reach as many people as we can during the 35day campaign. Therefore we need to do constant network marketing to keep our audience online up to date and well informed about our project.

We are currently working on the information we want to publish online. We aren't finish yet, but to get you started please find out marketing strategy below:

Fundación Sanders Crowdfunding Campaign 2016!
Here is the social impact of donations:
The media-rich on-line digital content and tools we develop will provide 5,000 school kids with 90 minutes of anti-bullying and social emotional learning curriculum every week of the school year and help kids from 6 to 18years be more empathetic, tolerant to other cultures, happier, and better students academically.

$20 Group of 5 students
$100 Classroom of 25 students

The secret

During the years, I have been using social media to help people to achieve their goals. By interacting and mentoring with others I got to learn that the virtual social media world is the only reality a lot of lonely people have on a daily bases. Internet definitely opened my eyes into a Matrix!
Luckily I have earned the trust of people :) And this demonstrates that even if you don't LIKE yourself, there will be always someone on social media who will surely LIKE YOU; no matter what! Talking openly to my public, I can say that humans do really believe in me; and not only that, social media users do encourage me everyday to keep going following my vision and my dreams!
If I mention my daily messages, my creative posts, my planned campaigns, my improvised videos, my instant selfie pictures, my thoughtful quotes and my constant ads..., I do admit that finally people revert to me embracing amd acknowledging my work. That makes me feel proud of myself and it potentially gives me the courage to pursue my desire to change the course of history. Whatever info I throw out on the media, can be a catastrophe or a job offer, people will surely have a look at it at least once nowadays. That brings me to say humbly, that people do really believe in me, in my efforts and surprisingly I admit that amazing people do like me as well. To gain people's credibility with the information that I provide is one of the greatest gifts. I do post daily on social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter and people not only applaud my efforts, they also recommend me online and introduce me to their friends and online connections.

All I can say is .....

THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING & SUPPORTING ME ON MY CRAZY MINDLESS ADVENTURE TO CHANGE THE COURSE OF HISTORY USING SOCIAL MEDIA.

UniversalPosts - coming in May 2016 :)

An easy way to create contact lists, to send out nice campaigns, to track data at all times and to invite people to subscribe to Mailchimp and to my upcoming website UniversalPosts launching in May 2016.

Thank you.

How to get 30.000 followers in 9 weeks on LinkedIn

If you are in digital marketing and your ultimate goal is get the right audience for your cause, then this article will definitely open your eyes and help you plan your online strategies.
When I started to use LinkedIn in May 2015 I had no idea where to start with.... During my struggles I came to comprehend people's needs on a professional platform. That's how I created my strategic plan to hit and win!
First of all, you got to select one market you want to conquer. Let's put China as an example. F you want Chinese people to join your network and to share your posts, you got to think and act like a Chinese person. This means that you have to understand the Chinese mind to start up. To put that into practice you have to do your research first of all and look for Chinese Holidays, touristic towns, unique monuments, Chinese Horoscope and Chinese language. Once you have done your research you can then start to put your results into practice. Social Media is all about posting, liking, commenting and sharing. Therefor your first move should be to create a post related to any of the subjects learned about China and preferably written on Chinese. Think and act like a Chinese! Keep this in mind the whole time your interacting online. Only then you will be able to share your thoughts with your target market. Only then you will gain credibility and trust from random people spread worldwide.

Now, you have 1 week to put this into practice! Leave a comment with your results in 7 days underneath this article.

Thank you!

The Network Marketing Industry Movement

Good news! I have a vision and I want to change the world. Therefore I am working on starting a big movement recruiting people to sell products worldwide. The Social Media Corporate World today sucks to be honest! If you are not slim, or pretty, or extremely talented, or you don't hold lots of degrees, or you want to build a family or you have origins, or skin colour, or a different religion, a different culture or if you are over 30 years old; the corporate world will not give you the opportunity to find a good paid job! Therefore I am fighting against this injustice using the Network Marketing Industry to give every human, man or woman located in any place of the world, the chance to make money from home, from a restaurant or from a desert island.

Therefore I bought two domains, one for me as a brand and one for B2B and B2C. I got lucky finding a volunteer, Mohammed Zainulabadin, the CEO and Cofounder of Phlox www.gophlox.com, willing to work from Pakistan as a good Entrepreneur to help me design both websites. He is a very talented person and one of his many skills is Graphic Design, and Front End Developer. He believes in Hard Word!

Mohammed Zainulabadin:
"I am also an entrepreneur. I know that beginnings are always tough. I am not running for money yet, cause I believe in hard work collaborating with people abroad first. I am looking for a good working relationship and PR with people worldwide."

I am also planning to record two videos and upload them in the next 15 days on YouTube explaining the big advantages of the Network Marketing Business and how you can make money at any time, at any place, selling products and recruiting people to do the same.

We are living in a new ERA, my friends. Forget about looking for a job! Don't look for a JOB; better create, share ideas, spread the word, get the right audience for your cause, collect information, manufacture, collaborate with companies in possession of good products, create services, and above all: DO NETWORKING!

You don't need a certain age, or a special skill to be able to help others. Selling good products and encouraging people to do the same, is the best way to make money today. You will be your own boss, you will have your own schedule, you will recruit your own team and you will make money easily. There is no need to manufacture to be able to sell, there are many existing companies already producing amazing products available for the public at any place and at any time. People just don't know they exist if the company did not make a big investment in Marketing Campaigns. And having social media today, that investment is totally not worth it. You just need to collaborate with those companies or people who have good products and sell them worldwide using social media to recruit.

As an experienced Networker, I can tell you that the Network Marketing industry is the future. You will easily reach people just using your smartphone cost free!

Imagine that you can do crowdfunding for charities, or find investment for Entrepreneurs, or find people jobs worldwide, or find recruiting agencies candidates to fill open vacancies. Imagine making money by helping others! Imagine to help companies sell their products, imagine to help individuals to sell the services they provide! Yes my friends! That's the new generation!

Limitless Networking definition: building high potential, interactive communities through the connection of ideas generated by anyone, anywhere, at anytime.

The ability to connect people, that's true art and science of Social Media Networking!

Sincerely,
Marta Guilabert

LinkedIn Account High Restricted Case

Thank You for your message! But this is completely unfair and out of control. So, that means that if the message I post is not liked by one person in my network or out of my direct connections, but someone just having a bad day, who targets me and decides to go against me reporting me 3 Times, Linkedin will not review the content they reported, but blindly terminate the account. So LinkedIn is following blind requests and exciting instead of analysing. And instead of believing my words telling the truth about about a social media user injustice, a person who has been followed by 30.800 people for the last 12 months, you rather believe the stalker and harasser who made the FALSE report!

That's a bit unfair don't you think! So, to maintain my account and my contacts I have to stop posting so that no one can report me again. You know....? In a world of evil if there are some good people like me trying to make a change; companies as big as Linkedin should support our cases. Instead of helping real members having the best experience, you save money on security allowing fake profiles, frauds, adult entertainers, porn actors, perverse adults, poker players, thieves, psychopaths, stalkers, people selling illegal objects...etc. to sign up as a member. Why? Because they pay your Premium Subscription Account? Cause you make more money allowing criminals in, that you do with humble and good hearted people? Cause LinkedIn is full of spammers, and so far, you have done nothing about it!

Please talk to a manager, to members of the board to bring my case out, because if I make a post about elections, or politics as a simple post and I get reported again without doing anything wrong, just out of hate, culture differences, language misunderstandings and disagreement, I will lose my account. I will lose my 30.822 followers, my 30.000 connections, my 5000 messages, my contact's details for the next scheduled meetings, plus the 93.000 views of my profile ... will suddenly think that I blocked them..., cause you will just make my account vanish without sending an announcement or a notification alerting people!

Funny part is that I spend 6 hours on LinkedIn everyday for the past 12 months. And when I see porn content or terrorism recruitment, or threats.... I wonder why this people are still there and why me, a good person offering posotive content; why do I have to be reported....?For what? For being a good person, for working for free on LinkedIn? For having more followers than people wish to have? For inspiring others? For motivating people to not give up? For working on social media? For being spiritual and not religious? For helping charities like Fundacion Sanders raising money? .......

I have no further comments to make.

I NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO HELP ME REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT LINKEDIN MARTA GUILABERT! I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF BULLYING! THOSE WHO THINK I HAVE BEEN UNFAIRLY TREATED AND WANT LINKEDIN TO UNBLOCK ME PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT BELLOW.

Please share this article with your audience! The more people leave a comment the more chances I have to get my account reinstated.
Thank you! GOD BLESS YOU!

Kind Regards and Best Wishes from Spain,
