Dear Linkedin,
I am a victim of your crazy behaviour towards users and their privacy. You have been accessing my account without my permission and sending email invitations to people in my address books. The people who accepted the invitations you have been sending where from india, Russia, Pakistan ...etc, mostly fake profiles and hackers. Now I have been a victim of Bullying from a few specific LinkedIn users, that I cannot block because they look for me creating new profiles to connect with me. If they are false reports complaints to LinkedIn and I am the victim; then LinkedIn has to do a better job protecting me from malicious people who follow me just to report me. Someone has targeted me and LinkedIn has to step up and protect it's users. I have been receiving random calls from Linkedin users in the past days from this exact three locations masturbating on the phone saying that I am hot Linkedin user. I never showed my cell phone on my profile. LinkedIn has been sending reminder emails to fake profiles, without consulting me and without previous approval. I lost total control of my account and I ended up being stalked, harassed.
As soon as I reached the 30.000 connections, Linkedin did not let me increase that number. I spoke to other members who 70.000 and 100.000 connections and they said that Linkedin is fooling users. I asked Linkedin many many times what is the limit of connections and suddenly after months claiming, finally a person in LinkedIn Customer Service Support sent me an email saying that the connections are unlimited. I also discovered how Linkedin has been sending out email invitations from my account to connect with other LinkedIn members. They also have been sending reminders to those who didn't connect yet without my authorisation. I was reported from fake profiles who targeted me as soon as I reached 30.822 followers 3 times threatening me saying that they are reporting just to see my account terminated as per Linkedin User Agreement Violation Terms. Linkedin acknowledged that they had received warnings about inappropiate content posted by me which is a lie and did not sent me any prove like in screenshots before they decided to just terminate my account permanently.
Today 25.02.2016, my account Marta Guilabert got permanently restricted and I lost 30.822 followers, 93.000 views on my profile, 5000 unread private messages on my Inbox, and all communications with people worldwide. I lost all my contacts, messages, scheduled business meetings, scheduled Skype calls, Job recruiting opened processes, and all the marketing and advertising I have been doing for 12 months, like my written posted articles, published content, published translations, published posts and the list of all my connections.

Marta I appreciate you sharing this correspondence with me. I'm appalled at what LinkedIn have done and the irreparable harm this must do to your business and reputation. According to news reports LI are undergoing major upheaval with the value of their stock plummeting to pennies on the dollar compared to its value just a few months ago. They have apparently been accused of false reporting of their business user volume and heads are set to roll at senior executive level. For us a users of the LI platform who as in your case have invested heavily in building a massive connection base and highly recognized brand, to just make the changes to their site rules and features without consultation or even advance notice to users, is simply unacceptable. I'm no legal expert but I would think you have a very compelling case against LI if they do not respond to your letter and reinstate your account complete with all of your database of connections, correspondence and other records relating to your membership. Please keep me updated on the details as this unfolds. You have a huge amount of support on LI even if most of them are silent most of the time but I bet if LI's behavior toward you was made public, many will come out in support of you and your cause. I respect the fact that you are spiritual but not aligned to any particular religion but I want you to know I'm praying for you. Keep your chin up! Warm regards, Keith

Marta,I have quite a similar experience.In fact Linkedin is just not allowing me to access my own connections through my 'tags',painstakingly created by me.Despite several feedbacks,no one from Linkedin bothers to respond.

LinkedIn is for the insane, I get my account restricted, so I have been mailing for 2 weeks I need my account back since I have important contacts and things on my account. So I get it back finally only to find it HIGH-RESTRICTED again 2 days later. I don't know why LinkedIn picked me to bully.
