LinkedIn Account High Restricted Case





Thank You for your message! But this is completely unfair and out of control. So, that means that if the message I post is not liked by one person in my network or out of my direct connections, but someone just having a bad day, who targets me and decides to go against me reporting me 3 Times, Linkedin will not review the content they reported, but blindly terminate the account. So LinkedIn is following blind requests and exciting instead of analysing. And instead of believing my words telling the truth about about a social media user injustice, a person who has been followed by 30.800 people for the last 12 months, you rather believe the stalker and harasser who made the FALSE report!

That's a bit unfair don't you think! So, to maintain my account and my contacts I have to stop posting so that no one can report me again. You know....? In a world of evil if there are some good people like me trying to make a change; companies as big as Linkedin should support our cases. Instead of helping real members having the best experience, you save money on security allowing fake profiles, frauds, adult entertainers, porn actors, perverse adults, poker players, thieves, psychopaths, stalkers, people selling illegal objects...etc. to sign up as a member. Why? Because they pay your Premium Subscription Account? Cause you make more money allowing criminals in, that you do with humble and good hearted people? Cause LinkedIn is full of spammers, and so far, you have done nothing about it! 

Please talk to a manager, to members of the board to bring my case out, because if I make a post about elections, or politics as a simple post and I get reported again without doing anything wrong, just out of hate, culture differences, language misunderstandings and disagreement, I will lose my account. I will lose my 30.822 followers, my 30.000 connections, my 5000 messages, my contact's details for the next scheduled meetings, plus the 93.000 views of my profile ... will suddenly think that I blocked them..., cause you will just make my account vanish without sending an announcement or a notification alerting people! 

Funny part is that I spend 6 hours on LinkedIn everyday for the past 12 months. And when I see porn content or terrorism recruitment, or threats.... I wonder why this people are still there and why me, a good person offering posotive content; why do I have to be reported....?For what? For being a good person, for working for free on LinkedIn? For having more followers than people wish to have? For inspiring others? For motivating people to not give up? For working on social media? For being spiritual and not religious? For helping charities like Fundacion Sanders raising money? .......

I have no further comments to make.

LinkedIn Terminated my Account


Dear Linkedin,

I am a victim of your crazy behaviour towards users and their privacy. You have been accessing my account without my permission and sending email invitations to people in my address books. The people who accepted the invitations you have been sending where from india, Russia, Pakistan ...etc, mostly fake profiles and hackers. Now I have been a victim of Bullying from a few specific LinkedIn users, that I cannot block because they look for me creating new profiles to connect with me. If they are false reports complaints to LinkedIn and I am the victim; then LinkedIn has to do a better job protecting me from malicious people who follow me just to report me.  Someone has targeted me and LinkedIn has to step up and protect it's users. I have been receiving random calls from Linkedin users in the past days from this exact three locations masturbating on the phone saying that I am hot Linkedin user. I never showed my cell phone on my profile. LinkedIn has been sending reminder emails to fake profiles, without consulting me and without previous approval. I lost total control of my account and I ended up being stalked, harassed. 
As soon as I reached the 30.000 connections, Linkedin did not let me increase that number. I spoke to other members who 70.000 and 100.000 connections and they said that Linkedin is fooling users. I asked Linkedin many many times what is the limit of connections and suddenly after months claiming, finally a person in LinkedIn Customer Service Support sent me an email saying that the connections are unlimited. I also discovered how Linkedin has been sending out email invitations from my account to connect with other LinkedIn members. They also have been sending reminders to those who didn't connect yet without my authorisation. I was reported from fake profiles who targeted me as soon as I reached 30.822 followers 3 times threatening me saying that they are reporting just to see my account terminated as per Linkedin User Agreement Violation Terms. Linkedin acknowledged that they had received warnings about inappropiate content posted by me which is a lie and did not sent me any prove like in screenshots before they decided to just terminate my account permanently. 


Today 25.02.2016, my account Marta Guilabert got permanently restricted and I lost 30.822 followers, 93.000 views on my profile, 5000 unread private messages on my Inbox, and all communications with people worldwide. I lost all my contacts, messages, scheduled business meetings, scheduled Skype calls, Job recruiting opened processes, and all the marketing and advertising I have been doing for 12 months, like my written posted articles, published content, published translations, published posts and the list of all my connections.

Recruiting with fraud



A close friend recently told me about a problem with fraud that is very interesting.  

Companies review resumes then have an online (Skyoe) interview with an employee.  The employee is the person they see on the Skype interview but he is being told exactly what to say or it is not even his voice and he just moves his lips.

The company hires the person and then discover after a few weeks or months that the person is not qualified.  The recruitment company gets paid, the employee gets some money, and the company suffers.  She told me that she only trusts live in-person final interviews which is expensive and reduces the number of candidates from other countries.  How could you solve this problem?
