How to use Social Media effectively

How to use social media effectively?
1. Find Interested People (Interests: Who you should Target on FB? How do you find them? Think of who are your competitors. Choose your 3 biggest Competitors!)
2. Deliver Quality Content - Not Quantity Content (Create a Routine to Create Content for the next 7 days)
3. Pick the Right Style; a Trend
4. Capture Information
5. Don´t Spam = Don´t Oversell
6. Be Consistent = Publish every single day of the year
7. Stay in Touch
8. More Listening / Less Talking = to be able to create content that add value to your audience´s lives
9. Focus on one social media strategy
10. Work on Quality Contacts instead on Quantity of Connections
11. Patience - commit on the long term to achieve results
12. Law of Compounding; create thousands of ways for people to find you
13. Spend time finding the right Influencers in your market, connect and work to build relationships with them; (if you do it well, then they might share your content with their followers)
14. Create Value focusing less on promoting and more on developing relationships with people
15. Acknowledgement t= Don’t Ignore people online
16. Accessibility = Don´t Publish and Disappear / Be Available and Participate in conversations
17. Reciprocity: Don´t expect people to share your content if you don´t share theirs (portion of your time spent on social media should be focused on content published by others)

You don´t make money on social media; you market on social media to gain people´s trust!

Recommended platforms to start doing business:
1. Facebook (Share 4 times a day on different times) (Use Keywords: Example “top 100 fashion blogs) (Schedule your content with Hootsuite for example)
2. Linkedin
3. Twitter (Use Hashtags)

Other recommended channels:
1. Youtube
2. Ezine@rticles
3. Setup HubPages or make a blog on Blogger
4. Social Media Examiner: One of the largest Social Media Marketing Companies

Build you emailing list collecting the email and name of your friends online to send newsletters.

What does all this do?
1. Be credible
2. Increase Referrals
3. Build New Relationships
4. Demands Higher Prices
5. Gives You Outstanding Visibility
6. Creases Familiarity
7. Builds Trust
8. You can offer your Products or Services
9. You are Perceived as an Expert
10. It makes you TOP OF MIND
11. Follow your Intuition (Steve Jobs)

"Who the hell is Cuca?"

Why me?

The first question is:
"Who the hell is Cuca?"

Let me introduce myself. My name is Marta Guilabert, or Cuca as my mom used to call me, which means cute in Spanish language. I am a young woman smart enough to understand that this world needs a big change and courageous to practice what I preach in real life and online. That's how I became a brand. Let me tell you one thing you might not know about me: I might make mistakes, but be sure that what I do and say in real life is actually reflected in what I do and say in all social media platforms.

How do I differentiate myself from other networkers?, is the one second question I will need to be able to answer with a "knock-out". Well, I have been blessed with a genuine personality, funny, sarcastic, truthful; one of a kind. I believe that my crazy thoughts lead to the impossible and reach the unexpected. That makes me not only unique but also brave to achieve something big.

At this point of my professional career I admit that I am not perfect at all, but my mistakes are the ones which make stronger as an independent business woman. Therefore I don't think that I have to convince people subscribe to my platform; if they don't like me they won't. Know that I truly believe in free will!

The truth is that I have become a big influencer in the social media world, due to my instinct to differentiate right from wrong. The views of my posts, the number of comments, the likes, the number of people sharing my content, the amount of incoming emails, the daily number of incoming whatsapps, the numbers of calls and Skype conferences inquiries have increased.

On the other hand the number of clients such as recruiters, companies, human resources have been slowly contacting me willing to pay money just have advertise their job offers advertised with the only goal of finding the right talents requested by their clients. This is called profiling my friends, knowing where to look for the right people at the right moment at the right time! Profiling is key if you are a social media customer! You got to know where you can find what you are looking for, and you got to have a good eye to differentiate a real profile from a fake account.

There are two key purposes on this!

A) The first one is to centralise all job posts in groups and already existing social media like Facebook, in which I created Red Carpet Exclusive and Career Zone pages to help job seekers find the right information for their search. A group was meant to exist to help candidates interact in a place where all discussions are about worldwide daily vacancies, and therefore I also created a group on Facebook called Universal Recruiting.

B) Currently I am considering the option to make people's life easier, and therefore I created an account on Mailchimp called LimitlessNetworking; a simple way for me to reach people already inside my network. An easy way to create contact lists, to send out nice campaigns, to track data at all times and to invite people to subscribe to Mailchimp and to my upcoming website www.universalposts.net launching in September 2016.

Be informed that a complete Data Base from the beginning is mandatory if you want to be successful as a Social Media Networker. If you belong to global the Network Marketing Industry you got to know your followers, all your friends, connections and contacts, even your haters; your audience in general. In my company UniversalPosts, Profiling updates will be running at all times! We want to find the right audience, in the right place, at the right time for people's cause!

Thank you.

Marta Guilabert

Network marketing, also known as Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)

Marketing process before the launch of the crowdfunding campaign

*The rules of interaction have changed! In today's world social media and crowdfunding go together! To succeed on the Internet today, you have to create content that ignites and engages an audience.

Best procedure:
- Having up-to-date profiles on the three major social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Building followers
- Adding quality contacts on social media must start weeks, if not months, before the campaign launches
- Your ability to get noticed on social media sites. It’s highly important that you leverage the power of social media to your advantage
Do two things:
- create a list of “core” supporters who will contribute funds and spread the word about the project
- they write the majority of the social media posts they will use throughout the campaign and create a posting schedule for themselves and for their core supporters

1. Study your target audience
It’s important that you analyze the target audience you wish to approach to fund your campaign. (building awareness for your campaign)
* What are their preferences?
* Which social media sites do they visit?

2. Use social media as a testing ground:
- If your product is poorly received by followers, then it may not succeed as part of a crowdfunding campaign
- Gain insights from potential backers

3. Don’t just rely on your private network of friends
- Gain attention for your campaign creating exclusive pages describing your product. Share the link on multiple pages and target as many people as you can

4. Launch your social media campaign months in advance
- Don’t wait till you launch your campaign on Indiegogo or Kickstarter to begin your marketing activities. It may be too late by then

5. Don’t wait for people to approach you
- You will have to aggressively pursue your audience through interactive posts
- Remember this – an inactive page will serve as a nail in the coffin for your crowdfunding campaign!

6. Create a hashtag for your campaign
- A hashtag will help spread your message
- Create an attractive hashtag for your upcoming campaign
- Use it extensively on your social media profiles. This will help spread word about your campaign

7. Don’t worry about quantity – focus on quality
- Your main focus should be on the quality of posts you create on these pages, not the number of followers you gain
- Create visually appealing posts with engaging content – this will attract the attention of many people. They will be interested to know what you have in store for them
- Have a genuine content developer create attractive copy for your social media pages

8. Observe other popular social media campaigns
- So what kind of posts should you make? Check out other popular pages to get a fair idea of the kind of posts followers like to read
- Your posts should be informative – don’t just focus on your products or cause. Followers will get a feeling you are self-centered

9. Arrive at the perfect Content Mix
- You will have to have the perfect mix of marketing and informative posts
- The nature of posts you create should inspire readers to do as you wish. Highlighting a call to action frequently is advisable

10. Be confident about your approach
- It takes a lot of confidence to excel on social media. Be confident about using social media as a positive tool to gain quality backers for your campaign.

11. Launch your crowdfunding campaign only after you generate positive buzz on social media sites
- There is no point launching your campaign without gaining the support and attention of your target audience
- Wait till you gain quality attention from social media followers till you launch your campaign. This is a wise step that will ensure your campaign doesn’t meet with failure

12. Don’t stress on how much you expect backers to pledge
- The main focus should be to highlight your products. Highlight your offering in great detail. Give potential backers a detailed overview of what they can expect
- Don’t stress on pledge levels – they can wait till the actual crowdfunding campaign

13. Approach journalists to talk about your social media campaign
- Journalists are always on the lookout for interesting tidbits they can share. Why not approach them to highlight your page on Facebook or Twitter? If they like your idea, they will definitely share it among their followers – and journalists usually have huge fan following!

14. Run ads for more outreach
- Sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn allow you to run paid ads. You must consider these ads if you are not satisfied with the publicity gained through organic visits

15. Don’t dump social media followers after your crowdfunding campaign is over!
- It’s important that you keep your followers in good spirits even after the crowdfunding campaign is over.
- If your crowdfunding campaign was a success, then you should stay in touch with them through attractive posts highlighting the progress made in actual production. Let them know about the final product and when it will be delivered to their doorstep. It gives the impression that you really care about them.

Once the campaign is underway, a crowdfunder needs to spend time on the tasks that could not be done in advance, such as reaching out to media, interacting with donors and fulfilling rewards.
If your crowdfunding campaign was a failure, then thank your followers for their support and move on!
That's Network marketing, also known as Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instructions for my Networking Team!

How to use social media to promote a social crowdfunding campaign; the smart way to use an available resource and welcome each new supporter into the fold:

Indiegogo said, “If you’re asking for money, you’re doing it wrong.” This couldn’t be more true. No one likes the guy who says, “Come on! Give $10 to my campaign.” Instead, try these:
* “Help me spread the word: LINK HERE”
* “Know anyone who might like this? LINK HERE”
* Who can help me find the next backer? LINK HERE”
You get people on your side without putting your hand in their pockets and, in the course of it, they become invested in your success. A handful of re-tweets (or spreading the word about your project at their office) is way more useful than one $10 donation.

Starting your crowdfunding successfully:
- The day you launch your crowdfunding campaign is not the day you should start considering whether or not to use Twitter or Facebook. Or Instagram. Or Tumblr. You need a way to spread the word!
- Advantage: if you have a tremendously large email list of fans or potential donors, or have built up fans on another social platform, then you will have more chances to raise money
- Be connected with your intended audience prior to the campaign
- you have to move past your personal Facebook page for crowdfunding success
- You should also have a Facebook fan page for either your project or a larger entity under which your project will fall
-Promote your project on your personal Facebook page
- Create an active and interactive campaign that draws in long-time
- Pick the right platforms for you according to:
* where your audience is
* what you can reasonably handle in your daily life
- All crowdfunding platforms create a hub for your campaign, but no, it’s not their job to drive traffic to your hub. That’s your job!
- Make sure you’re on Instagram
- If your project is attractive to foodies, find people who love pictures of food on Pinterest
- The key to effective social media is hooking people quickly
- Tweets need to be short, awesome punches that people cannot resist clicking on and re-tweeting
- On Facebook, you can write longer messages, but don’t go into multiple paragraphs; you’ll have plenty of copy to dive into on your campaign home page
- Never underestimate the power of a good picture on Facebook
- Understand what your audience wants, then give it to them
- There is no guaranteed way to get millions of people to see your crowdfunding pitch video, so focus on what you can control: giving your crowd consistent (and consistently engaging) messages that remind them that you’re still working hard and that they are still a part of the team
- Create a great incentive for her adoring fans to get their friends to contribute so they could see the next picture. This was a fun (and free) way to make the backers happy while also getting them to do some recruiting. Win-win!
- Use tools like Twuffer, Hootsuite, or TweetDeck to schedule tweets ahead of time. Hootsuite can do Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+, too

After the crowdfunding:
Once you’ve met your crowdfunding goal (and even if you didn’t), show respect to those who tried to help your dreams come true. These people are now a part of your project, so keep them up-to-date. Invite them to share milestones with you. Let them know when you send out perks. Let them know when your project gets reviewed. Send them an update; notify them!

*The crowdfunding link will be ready next Friday! 😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Please make sure you study this information before we launch the campaign!!! I want you on a 100% productivity from Friday 10th and on for the whole month of June! Our target is to achive 50.000€ in 4weeks! Our goal is to eradicate bullying in schools on a global scale.

FUSA Crowdfunding Campaign 2016

Hello!

First of all I would like to thank all the people who applied for the Network Marketing Volunteering Position with Fundacion Sanders. We have the video ready to upload in the crowdfunding platform to reach our goal 50.000€ in donations during the month of June.

On the 10th of June, our crowdfunding campaign is officially out on Indiegogo!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I will send you the link and a short text, that you will have to translate into the languages you speak, and then publish in forums and specially in the social media networks that you use on a daily basis. We need to reach as many people as we can during the 35day campaign. Therefore we need to do constant network marketing to keep our audience online up to date and well informed about our project.

We are currently working on the information we want to publish online. We aren't finish yet, but to get you started please find out marketing strategy below:

Fundación Sanders Crowdfunding Campaign 2016!
Here is the social impact of donations:
The media-rich on-line digital content and tools we develop will provide 5,000 school kids with 90 minutes of anti-bullying and social emotional learning curriculum every week of the school year and help kids from 6 to 18years be more empathetic, tolerant to other cultures, happier, and better students academically.

$20 Group of 5 students
$100 Classroom of 25 students
$500 An entire grade of 125 students
$1500+ Impact an entire school of students

We have a promotional strategy to massively grow awareness of the crowd-funding campaign:
From June - September, Fundacion Sanders will provide the entire public with coupon codes to access two amazing digital photography workshops for kids 7-18yrs and they only need a smartphone with a camera.  We recommend that donors share links to the workshops with other parents, their own family members, and summer youth programs in their community.

Best Regards,
Fundación Sanders Team🌺
P.S. If you still want to be on my Team send me an email to thenexusglobal1@gmail.com
mentioning your location and the languages you speak. Thank you! 😀
